Le Moulin à Huile

Le Moulin à Huile Review

Chef Robert Bardot shows off his superb culinary talents by mixing creative regional cuisine with a touch of the exotic (veal marinated in spiced milk, ginger, and cloves is a case in point). His impressive prix-fixe menus—which have earned a Meilleur ouvrier de France and a Michelin star—are served in an old, beautifully restored mill by the Pont Romain, with a lovely garden terrace and view over the old city. There are also three tastefully decorated rooms if you want to spend the night—but they book up fast, so reserve well in advance.
