La Garbure Review

With eight rooms decked out in soft pastel ruffles and a low-price menu terroir (prix-fixe menu of regional specialties), this pretty inn aims to please. Look for potted quail in Carpentras truffles and stuffed rabbit with subtle thyme sauce (the restaurant is closed Sunday October through June, and does not serve Sunday lunch in season, July through September). Half-board rates are available.
