Fodor's Review:
The glass-enclosed Roof Top Bar, in Thailand's tallest building, is kitschier and more Old Bangkok than its newer, hipper rooftop competitors, with lounge singers and neon Heineken signs. But it's still the highest in the city, on the 88th floor.
