Bangkok Centre

Fodor's Review:

This hotel on the edge of Chinatown is near the Temple of the Golden Buddha and a couple of steps away from an entrance to Hua Lamphong station. Note that the hotel caters to tour groups from Singapore, Japan, China, and Europe, so the lobby can be chaotic at times, but service is attentive to the individual, too. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. It has a 24-hour coffee shop. Pros: close to subway station; inexpensive. Cons: uninspired room decor; may feel cramped.

  • Hotel Details: 222 rooms, 9 suites
  • In-room: safe (some), refrigerator, Wi-Fi.
  • In-hotel: 2 restaurants, pool, laundry service.
  • Credit Cards: AE, DC, MC, V
  • Subway: Hua Lamphong
