High tea (and several others) are served in the Swan Lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel. If you visit the website you can review the various menus. I have not been there for tea but I have enjoyed other meals at the hotel and I'm sure it would be very nice.

It is AFTERNOON TEA, not HIGH TEA.
High tea is a Welsh coal miner's dinner. Blimey.
I agree that the Four Season is a good place to have afternoon tea. They also make a fantastic martini.
I would much rather go to the Ritz-Carlton for some beignets and coffee than have tea, though.
You Americans are daft.
