Where to meet in Rome (FCO) airport

I am meeting my daughter next month in the Rome airport. We will be arriving within an hour of each other, but on different airlines. Any suggestions as to where a good meeting spot would be following immigration?
Thanks, Mary

There's a Hilton attached to the airport and plenty of comfy spots to lounge around on the ground floor or on the second floor up the escalator. You don't have to go outside to get there and it's pretty easy and quick to get there from any terminal.

Depends. If you are taking the train into Rome you could meet at the ticket window for the train to Rome. I don't think the hotel is all that close to where you want to be, and there is still the chance you could have a tough time finding them there anyway.

Mary, when we arrived in Rome, our baggage took nearly an hour to arrive on the carousel (I kid you not). If your arrival times are WITHIN the hour, you might consider staying close to the baggage. It's not glamorous by any means, but you might be there anyway...

As your arrival times are close, I'd suggest the railway station bar.

I agree with dln. Last year a friend arrived an hour before my flight, got her bags and just walked over to the baggage carousel assigned to my flight.
