The freeze is in place until such time as they ratify a new constitution which reflects the recent court ruling. That'll be interesting - trying to get an "all welcome" clause past the seried ranks of knuckle-draggers that constitute their membership.

I was wondering at the time though, that when you have a small party like the BNP, what's to stop thousands of ordinary non-bigots from joining and forcing the party to change its policies. Stealing the party's forum from within. Imagine - if enough of us joined we could change the BNP into a radically cuddley party that sponsored immigration, multiculturism and internationalism.

I think it would be brilliant if, as soon as they get their new constitution sorted, they were inundated by twenty thousand applications from black Britons (if I can use the "B" word without coming over all Wankinaround).

Seriously - what's to stop us? (apart from the current freeze)
