Hotels in Cordoba and Seville
Hi there I am planning to stay in Cordoba and Seville over the easter break (but not the weekends of the fesitivals). Does anyone know which hotels offer a really nice romantic atmosphere in the central areas? Thanks for your help.

Ditto as well.
We stayed at Casas de la Juderia as well and it was great.
I entrance is from a little square with restaurants so you don't have to buy the over-priced breakfast.
Also, the entrance is a bit wierd as it's down a little alley.
Walk inside and all you see are fountains and gardens. Great!!!
I understand that since the hotel is made up of several buildings, not all rooms are as good as others.
I know that 29 and 30 are excellent. 29 has a patio and 30 is large. Sofa and coffe table, walk-in closet, etc.

Great? a little off ...I mean its location is not so good IMO.
With a total new concept in Hotels, try the
Petit Palaca Marques de Santa ANA a tech hotel, search for tech hotels in google. I like it. Totally different from the Alfonso XIII, but much better location, price should be less, and on the whole we had a great time.

the hotel Las Casa del Rey de Baeza is amazingly beautiful, authentic. We stayed there for 3 days and I would highly recommend it. The small restaurant in the hotel is also great - the breakfasts buffets are good too (though a bit pricey, I think it was 15 euros). www.hospes.es

It may be too late to book by now for Easter, as it only has seven rooms, but Taberna del Alabardero is supremely romantic. If you can't stay there, it is still definitely worth a trip for lunch or dinner: www.tabernadelalabardero.com.

Another endorsement for Las Casas de la Juderia. We had 4 great days there last June.
It is difficult to find down that tiny alley, I don't even remember if there was a sign visible. But since it is a very popular hotel, any cab driver in Seville can get you there without a problem.

Yet another enthusiastic endorsement for the CDLJ...superb lodgings in the heart if the Barrio Santa Cruz. We stayed there during Holy Week a few years ago...don't miss Holy Week.,..it's nothing short of breathtaking to observe in the streets of Sevilla.
Ask for Room 10, super large, ground floor in main building...excellent breakfasts in a delightful dining room. Two years ago, it was 120E's...dunno where it is today.

This is the correct URL for Las Casas de la Juderia (and their affiliated hotels)

Here's another vote for the Hotel Amadeus. Also on a tiny alleyway.
