Check with Autoeurope.com (a broker based in Maine that works with all the majors) and with Dan Dooley - A well known Irish agency.

All the major car rental companies are represented at Dublin airport as well as Dan Dooley. All except DD are bookable via Autoeurope and other brokers such as rentalcars.com, I had a Europcar rental car last time I was there. Shop around and book the best one for your requirements.
