I think I'm a Priceline addict... headed to Montreal!
So my BF and I first attempted Priceline this spring, and wound up at a lovely, 4* hotel in Baltimore for $90/night. We are now hooked, and have (fairly successfully) used Priceline for hotels in Philly, Niagara Falls and Toronto.
Today on a whim, feeling the summer slip away...we booked a 2 night getaway to Montreal for the end of August, and for $80/night, will be staying at the Hotel Intercontinental Montreal.
I haven't been to Montreal in a few years, and most recently with a group of students. Can anyone recommend a nice restaurant in the area for dinner, or a good breakfast spot?
Thanks very much!

My first score was a Hilton in London on Aldwych Lane for $120 and I got addicted, too. Good score. Maybe I should try it in Montreal, too.
Anyway, I enjoyed dinner at Auberge Bonaparte. Lovely place.

Me too! I am leaving tomorrow for a trip including 3 nights in Quebec City at the 4* Loews for $95/night from priceline.com. I'm excited!
I've used it quite a bit, but I think my best "score" was the Pinnacle (I think that is what it was called) in Vancouver. It was a beautiful hotel right in the city and I think I paid $45/night. Amazing!

Katya, have a great time in Montreal.
The first time I used Priceline, I was scared to death. But I've had SO many great deals, I can't believe it. Every experience has been a great one. I can't even single one out as being the best. I love it.

cmcfong- Excellent! We'll have to give it a shot! Thanks for the suggestion!
As far as Priceline is concerned, frankly I feel that I have wasted a great deal of $$ over the years by booking hotels directly. Live and learn!
