Did you log in? You should be able to manage your purchases online (assuming you registered before purchase and purchased changeable tickets).

Did you call during Italian working hours?

I called last year as I had to cancel a purchase I made and the website did not gave me the option. It was hard to communicate with them (their English wasn't that good, my Italian is none ) but I was able to get 50% of the money back. I think this is the # 0039 06 68475475. I call using skype.
Hope this helps

Join the queue of flummoxed folks using trenitalia.com! Ah those who claim that site is so so easy to use!

Caveat emptor - be sure of your plans before paying.

This is Trenitalia's contact page - you could probably use their "complaints" process to make email contact, or one of the Call Centre numbers listed:

Good point - II flicked to the last couple of posts which are just new ones.

It does seem that people are still warning about how difficult Trenitalia is to transact with on line - although I did not find it so when buying tix for Venice-Florence and Florence - Rome last year.
