Trenitalia e-mail address?
Does anyone have an e-mail address for Trenitalia?

I have been trying to get through to their "ASSISTANCE ON WEBSITE NAVIGATION, ON-LINE PAYMENTS AND SERVICES OF THE CUSTOMERS' AREA(Italian version only)" and my browser had been trying to contact them for hours with no response.

You can submit an email through their customer contact website.

I found Trenitalia doesn't play nice with Safari. I switched to Firefox and my message went through. Now I just hope I get a response.
