R5--Well, I guess it is just such an easy target
Will all of you with rain PLEASE send it this direction (along with that tequila that Razzle is to bring up!)? It was 99 outside about an hour ago...I am afraid to look now. Yes, I am a wimp...what can I say...born and raised in OR and I am not cut out for this. Of course DH is landing in Dallas about now, then off to GA later this week.

I'd be happy to share our rain with you mms! We need the rain, but we have no backyard left because all of our rain this summer has just been torential - 2-4 inches in a short period of time and it just washes the yard away. I guess I should just be happy with the rain, no matter how it comes.
And mms, you can be sure that once your AC is installed, you won't be needing it, lol! Just the way it works

STW--Yes, we are sort of counting on that a/c and not needing it thing, lol! My tomato plants want rain so bad though. Between the heat and the dog (who eats them! grrr!), I am not sure we will get to enjoy many of them. I did snag the very first yellow pear tomato this morning though Guess our Golden didn't know what that one was, lol!

Thanks OWJ,
now I'm up to speed on this thread.
LoveItaly, we love places where you can eat outdoors there are so few here in the 'burbs outside Boston, we've found a few. We're used to going to pubs in the UK where you can sit outside, having said that sometimes it's nice to sit in an air-conditioned restaurant

CAPH52, I agree with mms. Healthy food boards are really difficult to find. I like the recipe section on www.diet.com. Since I am a little overweight, ;-) I really like the fact that all their recipes are diet conscious. It has over 1,000 recipes. Enjoy your Friday!

From the desk of the "lost shoe" files, I'll add some Friday sillies.
