TAJ Hotel in Boston?

Hi all.
I ´ve recently booked a double bed room at Taj Boston to stay from December 22nd to 28th. (Chistmas days.)
Do you think this is a good choice?.

Thanks in advance.

As one of Bostons historically grande dames, the former Ritz is a fine choice and comparatively affordable as the new brand name isn't as recognizable as it's former owners to Boston market. Go for it!

we love the Taj. We stayed at the property when it was the Ritz and always loved it, and now, the differences between the old Ritz and the new taj are minimal. many of the same staff are there and the rooms are essentially the same- just some have seemed a little tired at times. But the price is so much lower in our experience than when it was the Ritz that we can deal with that. The taj has become my favorite hotel in boston b/c I love the location and i love the old world elegance of the property.
