I'd think of my children first and what a seperation from their father would do. Then , as is reported in our local paper, I'd have a counselor come in. Supposedly there has been one going to their house every day since the accident

We (meaning the general public, not anyone in particular) should no longer be surprised when a celebrity role model does not live up to what people had hoped. Yet, often we are. I have no idea why. You think we would learn.
I am not saying that *I* was particularly surprised by Tiger. Ever since the truth came out about Kirby Puckett, that was the last time I believed - and that awakening was well overdue. I remember several times talking with female friends about how some (not all) men are just piggy. Inevitably someone would say, "....but I bet Kirby Puckett isn't like that." We would all say something like, "Yeah, that's probably true." HAH!!

Lucie, he was marketed as being clean cut. But I don't understand why it's surprising that he's different from the way he's marketed. How could not be spoiled and self-absorbed and careless?
