Need restaurant for Xmas Eve in Beaver Creek

I would like to find a special restaurant for our family (all adults) for Xmas Eve. We will be staying in Beaver Creek; but, will have a car so we can consider Vail, Minturn, etc. Any suggestions? Is there a website that reviews restaurants for the area?

In Vail we enjoyed Sweet Basil's and the dining room in the Sonnenalp Resort.

In Beaver Creek, the Ritz Carlton -Bachelor Gulch is quite nice. We had an excellent dinner in the dining room.

TraMonti (Italian) at The Charter, Grouse Mtn Grill (Continental) at The Pines Lodge, Mirabelles (French) at the entrance to BC, Beanos Cabin.

Sweet Basil, Larkspur, Terra Bistro, Montauk in Vail.

All will require reservations and all are pricey. You can do a search on tripadvisor.com and search restaurants, but some of the reviews are kind of sketchy and some of the restaurants listed don't even exist any longer.

If you want more info, you can email me at [email protected].

Wouldn't a truly "special" restaurant close on Christmas Eve so their employees could spend some well deserved time off with family/friends and maybe attend Mass? Couldn't your dinner be a day before or a few days after??

In Vail The Wildflower is one of my all time favorite restaurants. Also Sweet Basil is very good.

Have you been to Beano's Cabin? It's quite a memorable experience - though a little on the $$$ side. You'll never forget it!
