I need suggestions pls!!!
Hello everyone! I'm from Argentina and by the end of the year I'm going to be working in California, Lake Tahoe between Truckee and King's beach, and I'm going to be working there for almost 4 months and I know nothing about the place or where to go. Besides the months of work I get an extra month to travel, from mid March up to mid April more or less. I'd like to see San Francisco, LA, Las Vegas and on my way back stay some time in NY. I'd really appreciate if any of you can give any piece of advice about the places to see, how to travel or some places not so expensive to stay so it gets easier for me to plan this trip, thank you so much guys for your help!

Thanks for your suggestion I've already reposted the message, thanks. And yes actually I´m going to work at a sky resort, Northstar, I still have no place to live, I'm looking but I really have no idea to be honest, so any suggestions wuld be well recieved. I'd also like to get some ideas about the places to stay or where to go on my way back, for sure I'm making a stop in NY, that's all I know so far, thanks

It is a SKI resort. - of course it is cold. Is it not cold at ski resorts in South America?
Truckee (not far from Northstar) often has the coldest temperatures in the lower 48 States. In other words it is sometimes colder than anywhere except Alaska. It is usually a bit warmer on the Lake - but Northstar is half way between the Lake and Truckee. So count on lots of nights below 0°F / -18°C. And sometimes even -15°F / -26°C

It's a ski resort, so of course, it's cold. It will range in degrees Fahrenheit) from the low teens to the 40s.
There will be lots of other winter workers at Northstar. Don't they give you suggestions about living arrangements - I've always assumed that the kids who work there for the winter just get together and share apartments, but I don't really know.
When I have time, I'll answer your other questions on your other thread.
