Hotel near 9/11 Memorial
DH and I have one night to spend in NYC in 2 weeks. We will arrive on Monday, early in the day, stay over, then visit the 9/11 Memorial at 9 am Tuesday, followed by more sightseeing before catching an afternoon train to Philadelphia. We are looking for a hotel that will give us easy access to the Memorial. Price range $200.00. I am up to $145 on Priceline, no luck as of yet. We are good with hotels, B&B, etc.
Secondary issue: Broadway is dark on Mondays? Any good off-Broadway shows we could see? I really love musicals and am sad that I'm not going to be able to see s Broadway show, but that's the schedule. Next time.
This you in advance for any ideas.

I doubt very much that you'll find a hotel near the 9/11 Memorial at that price range. You're way too low.
The Millennium Hilton is across the street from the 9/11 Memorial. The World Center Hotel is also nearby, as is the Club Quarters, a Marriott, a Holiday Inn, and a Residence Inn.
Of these, the World Center is probably the only one that will be even remotely close to your price range. Maybe the Holiday Inn, but I doubt it.
There are perhaps 10 legal B&Bs in all of NYC, and almost all of those are in the outer boroughs.
There are a handful of touristy Broadway musicals that play on Mondays. Plug your dates into Playbill and see what comes up.
