Paula,
If you want a good place for fish, try Barbara's Fish Trap in Princeton, just a few miles down the road. It's not fancy but it's got its own charm. Prices are moderate. If you get lucky you can score a table by the window and look out at the harbor.

Most expensive would be the new Ritz Carlton. Then I would suggest the Moss Beach Distillery, not for great food, but for a nice beach setting and eat lunch on the deck with the blankets supplied by the restarant. Pasta Moon is the most popular, I would think.

I haven't tried it yet but been reading reviews of Cetrella. It looks wonderful, lots of great seafood, and the reviews have been very good. Not an ocean view, though, it's located in downtown.
I'll agree with all the above postings too, Barbara's is good food, and Moss Beach Distillery is fun, and they supply the blankets.
