Cirque du Soleil - "O"

I will be buying tickets for the O show in September.....I was going to go with the balcony...not the obstructed view tickets, but regular balcony....anyone been to the show who can comment balcony seats? Should I pay the $30 more for orchestra?

I think it's better to sit closer--that's where I sat when I went to "O." Recently I went to the Cirque du Soileil show at Treasure Island and sat much farther back than usuaul--in the center, though. It was a mistake.

We sat in next to last row of balcony and were overwhelmed with the experience. Might have been better closer to the stage, but we have great memories from the nosebleed (but not cheap) seats.

Get too close and you will get drenched. Front or middle balcony seats are great. That's where we sat last month. It is a stupendous show that you will never forget!

You will not get drenched if you sit close to the stage. We sat in the second row - the "wet seats" - hardly a sprinkle.

I'm sure your balcony seats will be fine.

I liked my balcony seats because I could see into the pool, and if you are more even with the stage I heard you lose that. And some arial acts will be right in front of you. But I brought small binoculars so I could see their makeup, etc. Tough call.

We had "splash" seats right in the middle and didn't get a drop of water. It was thrilling. Even from the front seats you aren't very close to the pool.
