London (lots of parks, activities for the kids, free museums with kiddie activities)

Switzerland (in summer. lots of green space, cable cars/trains, cows, cheese and chocolates)

Bali, Thailand--Hua Hin (choose a nice hotel with beaches and pools, good amenities around, kids-friendly staff, interesting culture)

San Francisco - Pier 39, walk across the Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park and the Academy of Sciences, Alcatraz (and/or ferry or boat cruise). Other than the chocolate, I don't think kids that young will be as excited with Ghiradelli Square - it's mostly upscale shops. Pier 39 is more kid friendly.
