Anyone stayed at Villa La Estancia in Cabo?

We are planning a trip over Thanksgiving and this place looks nice. Can you swim on the beach there? Has anyone booked through Giovanni Giammarco or National Realty Group?

If I remember correctly, La Estancia is where the rich and famous hang out(along with the One & Only Pamilla). check tripadvisor for more up to date info. They have a pretty active Los Cabos board.

We haven't been there, but we almost did. Our friends own a time share at the one next door and visit it every year. Our friends are very well traveled and as we have traveled with them too I am confident they have high standards. When we wanted also to go to Cabo, they recommended VLE as a more "adult" oriented property but of at least as high a standard of their own. We are sorry we had to miss our vacation there last year after all due to work commitments.

Also I meant to say we made our booking through expedia, so if you have any hesitation using a more "private" realty service, you can always book with expedia.

I also meant to say that my friends property and VLE are managed by the same group and so their opinion was more than just a "it looked good from next door" opinion.

Thanks for your help! Do you know anything about the beach there and if swimming on the beach is OK?
