AI with kids club (Cancun side)

Hello all. After doing some basic research we are looking into either the Great Parnassus (cancun) or Iberostar Lindo (MR).
Any suggestions?
We have two kids -age 4 & 5 and are looking for a nice hotel, great beach, good restaurants/options, kids club for a few hours a day. Has to be a clean hotel min 4 stars. Are we on the right track or are there other suggestions?
We did Paradisus Riviera Cancun a few years ago and loved in BUT now the Royal Service - well worth it - they do not allow kids, so that one is out for us.
Would love some feedback.
Thanks!

I would look at Crown Paradise it is simply wonderful for the ages that you are looking for and is rated the no 1 family all inclusive in North America.

Thank you for your feedback. We saw that hotel, but it is constantly rated as a 3 star, in mexico.
It seems like the Iberostar, at least has the highest rating.
Has anyone been to the Iberostar lindo and knows anything about the kids club - hours, programs.....
Thanks!

The Iberostars are wonderful. The food is good, the kids club is very good, staff, entertainment, beaches etc. very good. I did not mention this as you had asked for Cancun. The Iberostar is located south of Cancun about a 30-35min drive. They do have a included shopping shuttle to Playa del Carmen as well. It is really perfect for families.

This resort offers a variety of entertainment and activities, including sports, competitions and games. The resort also has a program called Lucy´s Mini-Club where children ages 4-12 can enjoy a variety of fun, supervised activities, including games, singing, painting and swimming in the children´s pool.

Wew tried to make a reservation for the Iberostar Lindo for a family of 4, but they only take 2 adults one child in the rooms. Too expensive to book 2 rooms. Any suggestions? I am concerned with kids club at Iberostar Paraiso Beach

I don't understand why you can't have two children and two adults at the Lindo unless you are going in March or April. I know they have restrictions then to keep out the spring breakers.
I don't know why you're concerned with the kids club at the IB Beach. It is wonderful with a lot of activities.

We are going in April and they(Lindo) do not let you book a room for more than 2 adults, 1 child. The reviews on tripadvisor kept stating that the kids cluBeach) had virtually no kids in it and no planned actiivites going on. JUst want to be sure that my kids have a great time too.

I too was told by Lindo only 1 kid per room.
Has anyone found anything else?
I was looking at Bahia Principe, but after reading tons of reviews nobody has said anything positive about their kids club.
SO - still trying to find a great hotel, beach and kids club.
Any advice?

Sorry, but we were there in March 07, with 2 children. The resort was filled with kids.
Are your children teenagers? Maybe thats why.
