Bill - I'm not sure what you mean by countries that don't have freedom but "think they do." Does Britain, with its National Health Plan, tell people where to go to school and where to work? There's a whole range of socialized programs that exist in the world; true, some countries are at one end of the spectrum, but there are lots in the middle. If you're wondering how good the health care system is in Canada - the health care is wonderful, easily as good as what's available in the US. The problem is that it's expensive and we're just in the process of understanding how to improve access and services.
