It would be kind of like the bus schedule in your home town. About every 20-30 minutes.

Hey XXX, how do you know what his hometown bus schedule is? If you were talking about my home town, I'm lucky if a bus comes by every two hours (except those yellow ones).

To get from Naples to Positano one would take the Circumvesuvia (local train line) from Naples (it is below ground at the Naples train station) to Sorento (end of the line). Walk out of the train station at Sorento to the u shaped drive and you will see blue SITA buses parked 150 feet down on your right hand side as you exit the station. Buy the bus ticket from the little store on the botton level of the train station. There is also a ferry (or was) from Naples to Positano but it does not operate if the<BR>sea is rough. The Circumvesuvia runs all day, the buses run every 15 minutes in the summer. The Circumvesivia ride will take 70 minutes or so (unless you get an express that does not stop at all stations) while I think that the bus takes anywhere from 1/2 to 1 hour depending on traffic. Sit on the right side of the bus going to Positano. Be VERY careful on the Circumvesuvia, lots of Gypsy pickpockets-especially if it is crowded and you are standing up.
