Oh boy!shoes!! I would recommend rue Dragon on the Left Bank.One shoe store after another!<BR>I don't know why you don't want GL,but they do have a huge selection of great shoes.<BR>Have a great time, what could be better,shopping for shoes in Paris

Ellen, have a look at the small shops at Rue Saint-Placide, 6th, opposite Le Bon Marche dept. store. <BR>I particularly like Rudy's (I think at Nr. 11). <BR>The shoe department at LBM is not bad either.<BR>Have fun! Will be in Paris myself as from next Thursday.
