Seville Granada Cordorba

Ok thinking of just going for 5 days
I am thinking of staying in Seville
and then going to Cordoba and Granada.

Toying with taking day trip to those
2 cites from Seville. Doing it with a day trip to each. Better than hauling my luggage and checking into other
hotels

This would be from the UK

I think Cordoba can be done by the fast train preferably as a day trip. But Granada I would stay at the very least one or two nights .
Are you driving? Anyway for me a triangle would be the best, like Seville-Cordoba-Granada.

In my opinion it's worth it to haul your luggage from Seville to Granada. Both cities are really worth a few days. Last summer we spent 4 in Seville and 3 in Granada with a day trip to Cordoba in-between.

Doing Granada as a day trip from Seville would make for a really long day and I personally would not benefit much from that sort of excursion.

It would be like batting in the dark trying to answer your question without knowing WHEN would this trip occur. Open hours for many sights, as well as train schedules and sunlight varies. Either way you may have noted by now the consensus is at least overnight in Granada. You don't need to haul all your lugagge; talk to the Hotel in Seville and ask to safe luggage for you.

If you do decide to daytrip to Granada from Seville, do make advanced reservations to The Alhambra (I gather you would want to go there, right?). It would only add to the foolishness of a daytrip to Granada from Seville to have to turn right around...

AS by previous posters, daytrip from Seville to Granada doesn't really work well, as not enough time for Alhambra and old town. Since Ryanair flys from London to Seville and granada, you might consider flying into seville, and depart from Granada, so you won't have to waste time to double back.

Well I'd be going in mid May I live
in the US but actually with ryan
air cheaper for me to go with them
as I can get a real deal from here
to London and still spend some time
in London and also more of england.

Thanks for response as I dint know
what would be the most reasonable way
to go about this I will have to look
at flying to Granada

I booked Ryanair nonstop to Seville end of May. I am considering 3 or 4 nights in Seville but would also like to have some time to see Granada and Cordoba. So what is better, say 2 nights in Seville and 2 in Granada and will it be easy getting a bus to Faro as I want to spend few days in Algarve before return to Lisbon for flight back? I also need to get hotels and would like recommendations for places that are central and not expensive. Hope to get some help. Thanks.

What is the easiest route back to Lisbon, a bus or train from Granada, or must I return to Seville if I do not include Faro? I have looked at low cost airlines but did not see any economy fares. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
