rome hotel: choice of three
I have done some research on hotels in Rome for late February. The following hotels have been mentioned a few times:
Lancelot hotel;
Hotel Italia;
Residenza Jan Panatalea.
They are in my price range and I guess the right location (I have never visited Rome before). Anyone prepared to stick their neck out and say I probably would not be disapointed, with one of them?
Thanks for your help.

Stayed in the Italia a few months ago and was pleased with the room and thrilled with service.
Be aware that the location is not as central as most people on this board recommend. But we could easily walk to the Forum, Colosseum, the Trevi fountain, the Spanish Steps, Pantheon and other central sites. Took the metro to the Vatican.
If you're not much for walking, buses and the metro are handy.
It's not the Ritz, but it's not the Motel 6. We'd stay there again, very happily.
