Hi there
There are plenty of hotels you can stay with this budget but staying in a place is something very personal. Someones heaven is someones else's heel.
So i would recommend you check out this page and choose from any of these hotels. http://www.santorini-hotels.info/san...els-in-Oia.asp These are some of the most recommended and with good reasons hotels. Especially this season with the world economy the way it is you maybe find a great deal in some of these hotels.
Good luck on what ever you decide
and happy 30th

Yes, Oia Castle is an excellent choice. I stayed there in 2007, got a look into every suite. They're all amazing. Since my visit they've been upgraded so they all have more privacy. Aqua and Marine no longer share a balcony, each has its own, plus jacuzzi. The Olympic Villa now has an indoor grotto pool.

The Volcano Jr. Villa was one of my favorites. Oia Castle is in an enviable location for watching the sunset, relaxing on your balcony in the jacuzzi. The hotel sits below the vista point where people go to see the sunset.
This is one of the views you'll get from your room:

The beige structure in the bottom right corner of this photo is a room at the hotel.
Look at this photo too:

The Volcano Jr. Villa balcony is next to the people standing on the downward sloped steps on the right side of the photo. The balcony is the one with the triangular-shaped light brown sunshade. Those steps are the ones that will take you down to Amoudi Bay. You will not be annoyed by anyone blocking your view.

Thanks for the information. I wrote to them to see if they will still honor the low-season rate which they originally said they would. Thanks also for trying to send the pictures, but they did not come through. It said that the requested URL was not on this server...error. I can't wait to go!!

The 2nd photo, of the front of the hotel, isn't very good, but it shows the Volcano Jr. Villa. Just keep in mind that Oia Castle has earned its 5-star rating.
I hope you get the low-season rate!

You might also check into Alexander's Boutique Hotel in Oia. (www.alexandershotel.com) Stunning views, on the caldera side, great staff and owner. A really fine property.
