Message for St Cirq - Please top!

*Please top this message until St Cirq sees it*

St Cirq - I am assuming your St Cirq is the one near Le Bugue. We drove there this morning from Carlux. We spoke to a resident who told us that they were still without electricity or telephone. He said there was very little damage in the immediate area. We drove up past the Grotte, up the hill to the left where he thought the "gite des ameicains" was. There was no sign of damage anywhere there and very few trees down. We were able to make the loop around by car without any trouble.

Power was off in St Cirq, Les Eyzies (museum and Font de Gaume closed). There was power in Le Bugue but it may have been from a ETF generator,

All in all, I would not worry. Hope I was at the correct St Cirq (there are a few in the area)!

Wow!

Thanks SO much, robjame! I still haven't been able to get through, but it's sure nice to know you saw no damage.

Sorry I couldn't be there to offer you a bit of foie gras and a glass of Bergerac. Next time....

Isn't it kind of amazing what happens on the internet?
