Good morning
Check the HOTEL INTERNAZIOINALE, on
the via Sistina atopo of the Spanish
Steps, have used it a number of times in the past, small but good to get to
the Corso area only walk down the Steps.
Also check into the HOTEL PZA DI SPAGNA
which is located at the bottom of the
Steps.. Many ristorantes and shops
around.....Richard of LaGrange Park, IL..

Hi gelhaus73,
You may want to try the Hotel San Carlo, on via delle Carozze, very close to the Spanish Steps. (One end of the street intersects with Piazza di Spagna, the other end intersects with via del Corso.) I got a double room in the Annex for 120 Euros twice this past winter, and another member Fodors European Travel Talk e-mailed me to say she's booked a single room with balcony for October for 90 Euros. Phone or fax them to reserve; it takes a day or two longer if you e-mail them through their web site.
