March 2008 Macon, Georgia for Cherry Blossoms. Will be the first time spending time in Macon (instead of just driving through on way to Atlanta!)
May 2008 NYC for long weekend getaway. I moved from that area 15 years ago and haven't been back, really looking forward to getting re-acquainted with the city again!
Sept./Oct. 2008 3 weeks in France, haven't been to France since 1989!
Plus I'm sure there will be a trip to Tucson, AZ to visit friends sometime in 2008!

Only 122 days til Greece woohooo!!!!
2 weeks in May -- 4 days Rhodes, 4 days Santorini, 3 days Paros, 3 days Athens.
Will be my first time in Greece and after seeing the pictures (and the food!) I am practically drooling with anticipation. Can't wait to see the islands and all that history ....
Now I just have to finish that time machine so May can get here sooner lol

February 2008: Rome, with my mother
April 2008: Amsterdam, with my husband and two children
May 2008: Budapest, solo for work
September 2008: Bremen, solo for work
September 2008: Bordeaux, solo for work
I'm looking into a three to four week "round the world" trip (redeeming miles on SkyTeam) for 2009.

Planning a 2 week trip to Italy in May--Rome, Florence, Venice, and Cinque Terra with my husband and 2 college-aged sons. Second time there for me, first for them. Reading about everyone's trips and fsvorite things is getting me so excited to go. I have nothing planned so far-- no hotels, planes, etc., so better get moving on that. Any advice on what to see, where to go, where to stay would be much appreciated. Really looking forward to the food and beautiful scenery, plus all the famous sights.

Our next trip is just over four months away. Going to Amsterdam for two weeks. This is our second visit as we went just over two years ago. The last time we took my mother-in-law. This time, it's my husband, myself and our 12 year old son.
I'm looking forward to the food and exploring the city the most. I find Amsterdam to be an easy city for walking and getting around.
We've booked our apartment and that's all that we've done. We're searching airfares daily and hoping for a sale.

Fantastic airfare of $640. Flying Air France direct SFO to CDG. Paris for 11 nights! We leave Feb. 17th, only 5 weeks away.
We're not planning to much this time and will wing it. Looking forward to a change, Paris in the winter this time...
