Leaving April 30 for Greece with a stopover in London (16 days total). Trying Maxjet this time around. I'll let you know who it goes when I return.

Nine more days - and I'm counting and packing! Going to France - Normandy, Brittany and Paris. Can't wait - did I say just nine more days!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly 2 months from today we leave on a 3 1/2 week trip to Greece and Switzerland. Can't wait; been 2 years since my last trip overseas and I used to go often. This one will certainly be a new experience as we are taking our 2 kids (ages 5 & 7), who haven't travelled much! Hope they catch the travel bug that I have, since I plan to do more travelling now that they're a bit older.

24 hours until I leave for the airport for my flight to Paris.

I'll finish packing in the AM before coming to work (at 5:00 AM, so already working on jet lag adjustment) and leave directly from the office.

Lots of stuff already planned, including meals and visits with friends. Can't really say that I'm looking forward to any one thing more than any other thing. Just hanging out, I suppose.

St Maarten this Monday April 30th, 4 days, free flight, 3rd visit, Long "girls weekend" that is during the week (see free flight). Always fun.

One week from today: 4 days in Rome, 3 days in Paris, 1 day in Rome. Reading right now "A Traveller in Rome" by H.V. Morton; a recommendation from this forum. Still obsessively researching. We're keeping our agenda pretty open to chance.

Amsterdam next weekend during the tulip festival and will visit the famous gardens, Kukenhof, but anxious to visit Anne Frank's house, the Rembrandt Museum, maybe a windmill or two, Van Gogh Museum, will take a canal trip - can't wait! Just hope the tulips are still there!

FINALLY - less than a month! It's May 1 and we leave May 30 -- so i can say we are leaving this month!! DH and 3 kids to Paris, Berner Oberland, Provence, Cinque Terre and Venice for one month.

Leaving Saturday morning. Booked Uniworld's Castles Along the Rhine 9 long months ago. Start in Amsterdam with 3 day extension in Lucerne.

Tomorrow we officially touch the ten-days-out weather forecast for our first destination (i.e. we will have a rough idea of the weather the day we arrive). yay!
