Just checking to see if we have any new attendees for the Portland, Maine GTG. Dinner, my house, Friday evening. Lunch and dinner, Portland area, with, hopefully, Duck Boat ride to see Portland and the waterfront. Fun, food, laughter and wine.

Benita, as the GTG weekend comes to a close, I want to say THANK YOU for hosting a really lovely event. I can't think of a thing I would have done differently. From the dinner at your beautiful home, to the duck boat ride showing off your charming city, to excellent restaurants for lunch and dinner, and even to hotel choice, everything was perfect!!
You have shown a group of serious travellers just how great your town of Portland is. I heard many people say they want to return and see more. That includes me! I want to come back in the early spring, if at all possible. Maine has certainly stolen my heart!
Thank you, also, for sharing your beautiful family with us. You obviously have the love and support of your children and their extended families/SOs. My best wishes for all of you as you move ahead with future plans.
I hope to have a GTG in Bangkok with you sometime.
Carol

I also want to thank Benita for planning a fabulous GTG. The weekend was filled with great food and wine, and wonderful and interesting conversation. Benita's planning, choice of restaurants. and the fabulous dinner at her house Friday night made for a fun and memorable weekend. It was wonderful reconnecting with old friends and meeting the new attendees. I hope to see you at next years GTG.
