LAX Lounge

Due to numerous flight changes by AA they have given us lounge pass's for LAX, we will be flying on with Qantas. I understand there are two lounges one in Terminal 4 the other in the Bradley International Terminal since we are now stuck with a 6 hour layover which is the better?

If the pass is for an American Airlines lounge, the only one at LAX is in Terminal 4. It's uncertain (and probably unlikely) that you'd be allowed into the Qantas lounge if the pass is specific to AA. (This is unlike the situation where, if you are flying in business class on American, you'd be allowed to use the Qantas lounge or any other OneWorld airline's lounge.)

You will need to use the lounge in the terminal from which you're departing.

You will need to use the lounge in the terminal from which you're departing.

Why would you say that? Presumably, OP is arriving in T4 on AA, then connecting (6 hours later) to a Qantas flight in the TBIT. If OP has an Admiral's Club pass, she could surely use the club in T4, her arrival terminal ... and in fact, that's likely the only lounge she could use.

Perhaps they're arriving the US on Qantas and then connecting out on AA. But yes, if they're arriving on AA and connecting out on QF, and if it's an Admiral's Club pass, then T4 is their only option. Without more information from the OP, your guess is as good as mine.

I am flying SFO-LAX then onward with Qantas I realize I can't use the Qantas lounge AA told me that, but then they said they had two lounges. So T-4 it is. thanks for input. Do you think heading for BIT a hour before the flight is enough time?

My experience with Bradley Terminal is long....slow....lines. I'd want more than an hour. But maybe others have other experiences to relate.

AA has one lounge at LAX only, in T4. BTW, QF16/26 to Brisbane/Auckland/Melbourne depart from T4, not TBIT.
