I need your opinion!!!
Hi,
I would like to hear from you about the nicest beaches you have seen around . I love Bora Bora, Ile des Pins in New Caledonia, Aitutaki in Cook, Maldives, Mauritius, Yasawa Islands in Fiji....but now I would like to go to another awesome place, with turquoise beaches and upmarket resort for going next October. What do you think? Any suggestion?

Consider the Seychelle Islands. There are many threads on this board. On the first page you can search using "seychelles" then click GO on the right. The threads will appear on the left column, where you can read thru for information.
Really upscale here are North Island and Fregate Island, each with single resports and tres expensive. On the other islands, the newest places and hi-end are the Banyon Tree on Mahe (main island), and Lemuria on Praslin.

Try Soneva Fushi in the Maldives. Picture perfect, spectacular clear warm ocean with unbeatable snorkelling on the reef, utterly empty white beach and total relaxation. This place is the original 'barefoot luxury' island in the Maldives and has won numerous awards. Superb food, a wonderful spa and splendid isolation. It really is heaven on Earth.

I agree with Aitutaki, beautiful and unspoiled! stayed at Samade on the Beach. Nice small cottages, food not as good as on Rarotonga, went on a snorkeling trip and saw clams as big as Volkswagens..incredible!
