Rock Creek Resort Review

A wooden bear's raised paw welcomes you to this 35-acre getaway, where a Southwestern motif decorates the wood, log, and stone lodge, cabin, condos, and town homes perched beside a babbling, boulder-strewn creek. Some of the rooms have hot tubs and/or fireplaces. A historic old cabin holds the wonderful Old Piney Dell restaurant ($$$-$$$$), where the steaks, Wiener schnitzel, and Sunday brunch are especially popular. In summer the Kiva restaurant serves breakfast and lunch.
