yes, you can if you want to pay an agency markup. I only know of places online, but you might find more with a search or calling some travel agencies. Raileurope sells them (www.raileurope.com), I believe, as well as www.conciergerie.com. Since you are in New York, you might try the French Tourism office.

Yes you can - but a better question is "should I buy . . . . "<BR><BR>There is no advantage to buying either pass before you go. Both are cheaper in Paris and available everywhere.

You can buy both at the Tourist Office in Paris on the Champs Elysses and save the agent fee which is usually enough to buy you lunch! The clerks there are helpful and English speaking (don't know if they do New York'ese though!!)

You can get the Museum Pass at any museum and the Paris Visite at any metro. Don't bother buying it in US and unless you happen to be going to the tourism anyway, you don't need to buy it there.
