help w/reservethebest.com

Hi,

I've tried to use reservethebest.com but when trying to make a reservation, there is no place to put the date. Anyone have any tips?

Thanks, Judy

Click on vois calendar, then you will get a pop up calendar. When you click on the date of your choice the date will register.

Grasshopper,

The date won't register when I click on it. And the contact link doesn't do anything either. It must be kaput!

Thank you anyway.

Judy

I recently used this site but ended up having to phone them to get all the details. I also had trouble with the dates. After a fairly easy phone call, they were able to reserve everything I requested:Jules Verne,Cafe Marley and Taillevent! Can't wait- just three weeks to go

How were you able to phone them? I don't get anything when I click on the 'contact' link.

I ended up faxing Jules Verne on my own. No dinner res available but did get lunch!

Try this number 01 42 25 101
With my limited(very limited) french ,I was immediately connected to an English speaking woman. She did inquire as to why I had not made the reservations on line, but once convinced it simply was not working, she accepted my requests. I heard back via Email in about 2-3 days, with all reservations confirmed.Gook Luck!

Do you have an e-mail address for reservethebest?

I've used them many times, but now find the date selection calendar is not working.

I'd like to let them know that this needs to be fixed...

I can get the web site to take a date using the French site. So I requested lunch reservations and they emailed me in French. I have more than limited French but think it's a confirmation they received my request and will confirm later. Weird the date works on the French site but not English.
