Please Help Me Reset The Page

I have been away for a couple of days so if this has been discussed, forgive me.

When I open a Forum such as Europe, the top part of the page is cut off.

I cannot see the search this forum line (or barely just the very very top of the letters) and the Topic line is cut off.

Can anyone tell me how to move the page down or shring the orange and yellow Fodor's line at the top.

Forgive me if I am not making myself clear but I do not know how to explain it any other way.

Thanks

Hi Sher,

Have you tried shutting your computer off and then trying again (rebooting)?

Or have a look at this:

Although I did think that the problem had been solved some time ago...

Zerlina.
We have always had McAfee but my husband just recently installed a new updated version.

This must be the problem as we never had this problem before.

I noticed if I point the cursor around the top of the page and click repeatedly, it sometimes moves the page up.

My log in name even shows up on the top right hand corner and it always appeared above the country section above the posts before.

At least I know I am not crazy.

Thanks

I just discovered that if I point the cursor at the top of the page below the orange strip and drag it down while clicking, the page moves.

Good for you, Sher! Nothing works for me, and I've had this problem for a couple of months. I've tried the click and drag method a number of times, but nope, it doesn't work. I can't post a question unless I do so on someone else's post.

Dallas.
What is really curious to me is that several months ago, we installed the same progran on our laptop. We purchased a McAfee that can be installed in up to three computers.

Well, I hardly ever check this Forum on the laptop. And when we first installed it we were on vacation and I had the same problem, but didn't think to ask anyone because it wasn't much of a pain since I use the main computer almost all of the time.

But when it happened on the main computer, I just had to ask. It is very irritating especially for searches.

Maybe eventually yours will magically fix itself.

Sherry

If you're using Internet Explorer, and restarting your PC didn't work, you might try right clicking on the very top, blue portion, of the screen and trying "resize". Drag the arrows to one of the top corners and "stretch".

Sher, I presently have a Dell 8250 ( a real piece of @$*#!). However, in October when the Leopard comes out, I'm changing to an Apple. Maybe then things will be better. I've had more trouble with this computer than any computer I've ever owned.

Well, my husband refuses to have anything but a Dell.
My brother has an Apple and I would really like to give one a go.
This one is four years old now.
