Help! Rain in Aruba??
Hello! I'm planning to get married in Aruba at the end of March 2005. We chose this island and month partly because of the almost-guaranteed great weather, but I visited there in November 2004 and it rained all day every day! Even the natives said that was so abnormal.
I'm a little worried though because all of the weather forecasts are still predicting rain showers, even now in their "dry season." Is the climate changing, or what? Has anyone recently returned who can give a report on the weather there? Help! I'm getting a little nervous!

We were in Aruba the last week of March 2004 and we had 5 minutes of rain in the 8 days we were there. Rain was the predicted forecast for the entire week we were going. I am sure it rains in Aruba, but I wouldn't worry too much. There is nothing you can do about weather. I hope it doesn't rain for you. It is abnormal for Aruba to receive a lot of rain. Good luck.

My wife and I were in Aruba a few weeks ago. Since Ivan they had been receiving record amounts of rain but literally the day we got there the weather turned around and we saw nothing but sunshine our entire trip. So worry no more, the strange weather patterns have been affecting the entire world but look as if things have cleared in Aruba. Mazel Tov on your upcoming wedding!!!

We went to Aruba in Nov 2003 - rained every single minute for 7 days strait - natives said the same thing ("never had rain like this before...". Everyone else I have talked to who have been there had great weather. Looks like November is the time NOT to go. Friends went last spring and had all sun. Good luck!

Hi - I am getting married in Aruba in April and the last time I was there (December '02) it hardly rained at all (maybe once for 10 minutes). Everyone says it hardly rains, so don't worry. We are planning an outside wedding so we are in same boat. We can't control it anyway, so worrying won't help, but honestly I really don't think it will rain in the spring there. Good luck!

We went in March of last year..it rained a bit but to my surprise it was a very overcast trip. One of the locals told my fiance that the time around Easter was one of the most overcast times of year.I was disappointed and said to my fiance that we have always had bettter weather in Mexico.I really found Aruba to be one of the most average places we have ever visited..the weather did not help.
