Great Island/Resort for a Big Family Reunion

We are looking for a recommendation for an island and a resort that would be suitable for a big family reunion (approximately 20 people.) Easy access to the island from JFK and Boston Logan would be a big help.
We want some place with a good beach and pool, great food, and just a relaxed feel. Since the Grannies are coming along, some place with a casino might help (but is definitely not a requirement.)
Islands we've visited before: Antigua, Tortola, Bermuda, Haiti, Bahamas, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Aruba.

Thinking sometime in January '08, but it might have to be the week of Christmas or President's Day break because of school schedules.

What about St Maarten? They got the beaches, casinos and if the food isn't up to snuff you can pop over to St Martin for some of the best food in the region.

We had a cousin get married at Grand Lido Braco and we had 20+ people there. They did a great job and the resort was wonderful.

Peace, Greenie

Also, I was thinking about the possibility of going to a resort with villas, such as Windjammer Landing in St. Lucia. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Grand Lido Braco is in Jamaica, but I think the Grand Lido resorts may have an age minimum of 16. Since you mentioned traveling during school vacation week, I thought I'd bring it up.

EJ's right. No kids under 16, sorry.

I'd try Aruba then. Many good flights from Boston and tons of great resorts to choose from.

Peace, Greenie
