It's goiong to be awfully quiet down there on a Sunday morning.
I echo the Distillery District suggestion; just walk around there and pick the restaurant with the biggest crowd.
But,if you can go farther afield, I'd pick the Hot House Cafe, at Front and Church. It's a five minute drive, but will have enough customers that the kitchen will be in tune.

Definitely the Distillery District (on Mill Street, www.thedistillerydistrict.com). The Boilerhouse does a nice Jazz brunch. You should probably call for reservations.
