Gate 1 -15 day Egypt and Nile Cruise
Hi, Has anyone taken this tour recently? It seems inexpensive and with good hotels ($1699. for 13 nights ). It would be the end of December or early January. Any other suggestions in that price range? Thanks. Joan

Haven't been on a Gate-1 tour, but they are reputable and the price seems right. If you want an alternative check out Isram Tours (located in NYC) who are comparable and also quite reputable. Isram usually offers Superior and Deluxe (hotel) choices. Hope this helps.

Hi. I am going on the 10-Day Affordable Egypt Tour with 3-Day Cruise with Gate 1 next month. I have heard nothing but good things about Gate 1. I've travelled with Monograms (Globus) before and were happy with them as well. Two of the travel agents who work at the agency handling the accommodations for my trip, who also live in the city I'm from, went with Gate 1 and were very pleased.

Thank you for your answers. After chcceking out many tours, we have booked the Gate 1 15 day tour for January. We don't usually do group tours, but the price was too good to ignore.

My husband and my mother (I'm staying home - I know, it's weird) are planning an Egypt trip this winter. Please let me know all about it. I am interested to hear about Gate 1 and the added costs of excursions as opposed to other more cost-inclusive companies and the sizes of their tours.
