Has any one used or heard of Joker Travel, a tour company in Egypt that provides guides and drivers?

Nope....go with Isram....we had a fabulous tour with them! Ask for "G-Hann" (spelling wrong) for a tour guide.

we used Joker this summer July for a Nile cruise. we had major concerns about changes that they made in our cruise ship and arriving to find that tours were not included that had been listed. Fortunately, we had made our own hotel reservation and made the best of the situation on the other issue. egypt and the people were wonder, incuding some of the individual guides associated with Joker. Honesty and forthrightness was in question!!!!!

Yes, used them years ago and they were great. However, we did have a little problem with the Luxor Nile cruise agent. I think he scammed us a little but in and around Cairo where they have more control it was excellent. Much better than the big bus tours, Mary

Just curious -- someone registers and the very first thread they find/top is from 10 years ago. How <i>does</i> that happen?

maybe they just searched "joker travel" and up it popped and they didn't realise it was so old.
