If you mean public transportation like a bus in the winter, no. You might phone GoNorth auto rentals in Whitehorse - https://gonorth-alaska.com/yukon/ - to see if they'll rent you a vehicle to take to Tok, You'd need to return it in Whitehorse, or else continue on to their rental offices in Fairbanks or Anchorage; a one-way rental to Tok would be impossible.
You could also contact a couple of air taxi companies in Whitehorse and see what they would charge to fly you. It will probably be in the neighbo(u)rhood of CDN$1000 or more. Actually, flying to Fairbanks in the first place and chartering back to Tok would probably cost less, as it's half the distance compared to Whitehorse. A one way flight from Whitehorse to Fairbanks (via Vancouver and Seattle) will cost US$336 most days next month.
