I got through my $40/ngt stay at the Encore Express. It was very basic, bare minimum, a bit seedy but I didn't feel unsafe. It served my purposes well since I arrived at 11 pm, just slept and left in the morning. I would not recommend it for any more than that. Street parking is available though till 9 am the next morning so you don't have to pay big bucks for a garage if you are within this time frame.
