WHERE TO GO VALENTINES' DAY - 06

We're celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary next Valentine's Day (Feb. 14th for those of you unromantics!)
We have a ton of United Airlines miles...would love to go on a cruise, but to where? Any suggestions? Give specifics...its got to be somewhere WARM...we are not cold weather, Alaska types. we are late forties and enjoy the beach.
Would love to stay on the west side of the US/Mexico. We've tried Cancun..didn't like.

Maui - you will love it! We were there for our honeymoon for 10 days. Weather is perfect! It will be whale season. The Road to Hana is unforgettable, filled with waterfalls, tropical foiliage and many beaches along the way. Spa & Golf are at their best. Much to see and do or nothing at all depending what you prefer. The people are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Have fun!

Hello tennislvr1, if you are interested in the westcoast of Mexico Puerta Vallarta is very beautiful in February. That is the month my husband and I always visited there.

I whole-heartedly agree with Maui.
Can't think of a better place to spend your anniversary. (Congrats)

thanks for the suggestion of Maui...we just went there in April. PV sounds great...where did you stay? Actually, we spent our honeymoon 25 years ago in Acapulco, but everyone says its deteriorated over the years.
Any other suggestions?

I would post your question on the Caribbean board also. You'll probably get lots of recommedations for St. John, USVI or Anguilla.

Though St. John wasn't one of our favorite destinations, it was very nice. Great beaches. We prefer Cozumel, MX though.
