What hotels are located along the boardwalk on Virginia Beach?

Trying to plan a little *before school starts back* long weekend for my daughter and a couple of friends. We go to Myrtle Beach alot and want something different but the teens still want shops and fast food and the ocean. It is about the same distance for me to go to VA Beach as Myrtle. I have looked on some different and I think they would enjoy skating on the boardwalk, etc. I would like to get a hotel along the boardwalk and fairly centrally located so they could do their thing and I could relax on the beach or by a nice pool.
I don't need 4 or 5 star, just clean and on the ocean with a pool.
Thanks,
April

A simple Google search of "Map of Virginia Beach Boardwalk" came up with the following which ought to answer your question:

longhorn55, I'm sorry for asking. I guess I was just wanting some advice from people on Fodors who had actually stayed there. Tripadvisor many times gets people who could not be satisfied with a mansion and servants. Usually on Fodors I seem to get better answers. I thought after all that is what this forum was for.

OK, April..no need to get pissy....which hotels on the boardwalk are you specifically interested in?

I've stayed in several but am not going to waste your time or mine reviewing them ALL for you

April, your question was "What hotels are located along the boardwalk on Virginia Beach". I provided you exactly the information that you asked for. If you want to know about specific hotels, then that is what you should ask for. I, along with other Fodor members, would be glad to give you our input if you can be more specific.
