South Beach Hotels

With the help of the people on this site, I've selected a few hotels for my 3 night Nov. stay in South Beach. They are The National($234/nt), Loews($287n/t), The Savoy($225n/t), & The Marriott($250n/t). The Raleigh looked great ($195n/t) but doesnt have a gym. We'd like a place with a pool, near the beach, not too trendy, and quiet at night. Can anyone recommend any of these? I'd love to hear some opinions. Thanks.

Try going to Tripadvisor.com and put in your city. Hotels will come up in that city and you can read reviews of those hotels.

Thank you. I did do that already and got some info, but I was hoping to hear from some Fodor's people, as I think they tend to be a bit more reliable. Can anyone who has stayed at any of these give me some feedback or advice? Thanks.

The National or The Loews.

The South of Fifth location of the Marriott is horrible.

I agree, the National and the Loews are both great properties and those are great rates! Since the National is $50 per night lower, I'd stay there. They have a gorgeous pool.
